Do you send photos before you ship items?
Due to the high volume of orders that we create and ship every day we are unable to send photos or create mock-ups before production and shipment. We sometimes share sneak peeks of new products on our Instagram @thegraphicshousebiz
What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?
"TGHDigitalProducts" is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.
If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?
The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount.
Do I need to have a Canva Account?
Yes, you will need to sign up with Canva to be able to access and edit our digital templates, such as our capability statement templates, that are purchased. You can sign up for a Free or Pro account.
What if I don't respond to my photo proof?
If we do not get a response on approvals of custom orders, we will wait for one week and then make the order and ship it. We need to adhere to shop deadlines and can not hold orders beyond a certain date.
What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?
If a customer's order is returned to the sender / seller after it is shipped for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.
Can I re-sell your digital templates?
When you purchase one of our templates you are buying a single use license. These rules apply to your license.
With a single use license you can:
• Use the templates for your own personal business
• Edit and customize the templates to your own needs and brand preferences
• Share the finished products on social media or with your customers and clients
• Option to edit and reuse the templates as many times as you would like
With a single use license you cannot:
• Share access or template links with other entrepreneurs/agents
• Share template links in entrepreneur/agent social media groups
• Resell or redistribute our templates even if you alter the original template
• Use our templates to market your own marketing assets business
Where do I print my digital download?
Once you have completed the edits to your template, you have the option to save it in a variety of file types on your device. Then you can print it on your own computer or send the file to a commercial printer for printing.
Will a physical item be shipped to me? How do I download the files I purchased?
If you purchased one of our digital products you will not be shipped a physical item. You will receive a PDF file by email that you can download to your device. That PDF file has a link that will take you to Canva, where you can save a copy of the template that you purchased and you can make your edits to your copy.
